The Chickasha Chamber of Commerce is committed to helping the Chickasha area business community thrive. We want to help you in starting a business, doing business, relocating your business or trying to grow your business to the next level. We work as advocates for local business through our Governmental Affairs committee, offer many opportunities for businesses to network together and educational opportunities such as the Chamber Café. The Chamber joins with local economic efforts in promoting Chickasha as a pro-business community.
Chickasha offers a surprisingly affordable quality of life with the safety and charm of a small town and the amenities of a metro area. Chickasha is the county seat and business and employment center of Grady County.
Located on Interstate 44 just 35 miles southwest of Oklahoma City and just 200 miles from Dallas, the community is at the intersection of US highways 81 and 62 offering alternate access to nearby Interstates 35 and 40 without traversing the OKC Metro area. Lawton and Norman are also just 30 minutes away, as is Will Rogers World Airport, a major passenger and cargo hub. The nearby Chickasha Municipal Airport caters to corporate air transportation needs with a fully lighted 5,100' runway. Rail service is offered four times daily through Chickasha by Burlington Northern and Union Pacific. Additionally, Chickasha provides an array of business location advantages including available location/property listings, a highly skilled workforce and local industry training through Canadian Valley Technology Center and/or the University of Science and Arts (USAO).
